A Benefit for the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area
2026 will mark our 4th annual Tats 4 Tails event! Joel decided to put this event together after having to say goodbye to his faithful Labrador Lokie of 15 years. After continuously having dogs in the house for the better part of 25 years it seemed like a good time to step up and give back to our community, and our four legged friends.
We teamed up with our local Humane Society and discovered they needed all sorts of supplies and help at the shelter. With more and more people moving to the New Braunfels area they are completely overwhelmed and running at full capacity almost all year long now. They are in dire need of cleaning supplies, foster families and helpers out at the shelter, if you are willing to help in anyway, you can contact the shelter to help anytime of the year. Tats for Tails, a Tattoo and pet adoption event for the Humane Society of the New Braunfels Area
Make sure you have joined our Tattoo Club newsletter and are following our social media to stay up on designs and updates, as we get closer to July we start posting designs on those accounts!
We begin taking donations for pet food and cleaning supplies at the beginning of the month. Those can be dropped off at the tattoo shop during business hours any time during the week. The month culminates with a three day tattoo event. A percentage of shop profit from all three days goes directly to the humane society. There are time frames during the weekend where the artists and the shop donate 100% of their profits to the HSNBA, these time frames are called “happy hours”. Any donations or earnings from our silent or online auctions during the weekend go directly to the HSNBA. Come down and take one of our furry friends home at our adoption event! Times and dates will be announced on socials leading up to the event.
-Doors at noon cut off for line is 8 PM
-If you are in line by 8 PM you will get tattooed
-First come first served
-“Happy Hour” 100% of tattoo profits are donated to HSNBA between the hours of 5 & 6pm
-No changes to designs so event runs smoothly and everyone can get a tattoo
-Prices are for arms and legs only
-Price will be adjusted to reflect changes in size and placement
-Custom designs will require an appointment and deposit for a time outside of the weekend event
-Tattoo designs for benefit are displayed week of on social medias
-Event is cash only! we have an ATM on site to make your life easier
