Aftercare Instructions:
Everyone heals their tattoos a little differently. You can find our recomended aftercare instructions here.
Independent contractors:
All the artists at Electric Wizard Tattoo are independent contractors, meaning they handle their own booking and clientele contact. If you would like to get tattooed by any of our artists, please reach out to them directly.

Hourly rate/Flat rate:
Tattoo prices and rates are set by your artist and can vary from individual to individual. Artists generally have a flat rate price set for palm to hand size tattoos. Pieces that take multiple sessions may be charged hourly. Any inquiries about prices please contact your artist directly.
Deposits:
Deposits are generally required to set an appointment with your artist, are non-refundable and vary in range from $100-$300. Tattoo deposits are paid directly to your artist and hold your appointment day and time slot.
It is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to different appointment times or tattoos, unless a 24 hour or more notice is given. This pays to reserve your time slot and artist draw time. Tattoo artists generally draw outside of shop hours and a lot of effort goes in to creating the best work possible for you.
Cancellations:
Cancellations given with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit your nonrefundable deposit and another deposit will be required to reschedule after you have broken the circle of trust.
Guarantee:
Artist generally guarantees work for the first six months. Tattoos are made in a sterile environment here at the shop, using high-quality single use needles. Please be aware that touchups are ultimately at the sole discretion of the artist. Please contact your artist directly if there is any issue with the way it healed or you have any questions or concerns about your fresh tattoo.
Age Requirement for Tattoos:
Minimum age in Texas for a tattoo is 18 years old. This is Texas state law. Parents cannot give consent for tattoos in the state of Texas.
Release Waiver & ID:
You are required to fill out a release form/waiver. Please bring a valid state, military, passport, or government issued photo ID to your appointment. You will be required to read and initial the release form, sign, and date it under your own restitution. Birth certificates, school IDs, gym membership, work security passes are not accepted valid forms of ID.
Right to refuse service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not tattoo you if you’re sick, inebriated or an asshole. Health conditions that may prohibit you from getting a tattoo, blood thinners or if you are currently pregnant or breast-feeding should be discussed with your artist prior to the appointment.
Shop policy:
We do not Tattoo hate symbols of any kind at the shop i.e. iron crosses, lightning bolts Swazi’s etc, etc. However, we will cover them up for you! Tattoo shops are the original home of freaks and geeks, and the misunderstood. We uphold that tradition here, ALL ARE WELCOME!
